Her mission is to empower other women to shift from feeling stagnant, unmotivated, and lost into a woman who feels clear and confident to create, birth, and express her own desires and dreams in the world!

With a voracious appetite for learning all modalities of growth and healing work, Annu dove heart-first into her own, transformational, personal development journey over five years ago and has since guided many women.

Annu brings a holistic and vast bank of knowledge and experiences, not just as a Certified Life and Solution Focused Coach but also a daughter, wife, mother and lightworker. Her transformational journey also led her to become a certified Trauma and Recovery Practitioner who also holds certifications in Psychic Mediumship and Natural Healing modalities.

Her beautiful kaleidoscope of traumas and resilience has enabled her to shake off the burden of others’ expectations of her and shift into a confident woman who clearly knows what her soul wants and isn’t afraid to live with alignment.
