- Sessions will be conducted via Zoom or Google Meet.
- After you have picked a suitable timeslot you will be directed to make your payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email with Client Forms for you to complete and send back, 24 hours before the sessions.
- This will enable Annu to support you best during your sessions.
- If you are unable to attend your booked appointment, you can reschedule up to 24 hours prior (exceptions may apply), payments are non-refundable.
- Coaching sessions with Nikiiva and its associates are NOT a substitute for any legal or medical advice.
- Nikiiva and its associates will NOT be responsible for any actions you may or may not take after purchasing these services.
- You agree to take full responsibility for all the actions or decisions you may or may not make take after purchasing this services.
- You are of legal age of 18 and older.
- You will also get a reminder email 24 hours before our sessions.
Cancellations Policy
Annu values each and every appointment.
- A 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling all appointments.
- You can reschedule at Support@Nikiiva.com
- All payments are non-refundable but rescheduling is allowed. (Exceptions may apply).
- The appointment time must be respected and a 15 minute leeway can be given. However, the cost and end time will remain the same.
- After the 15 minutes leeway, your appointment will result in a non-refundable cancellation.
- You will also get a reminder email 24 hours before our sessions.
